If you were wondering why a certain program works on 8.1 Update 1 but not on RTM it's because you don't have this, so install it pls

This was going to ship with Dependency Killer, but we never got to finish that, and vxkex fucks both secondsystem and dependency killer equally so it's kinda useless |
