we now have linux support! instead of nginx, we now use nodejs.

- fix centering on some pages
- add a favicon
- that's it, i guess?
This is probably the point where I'd consider SearchG pretty much complete, there is not really anything to fix or add, so it's kind of just gonna go into this weird LTS phase where it just gets bug fixes and thats pretty much it.
